We Are OFK, a story recreation about an indie-pop band, will launch its first two episodes on August 18th. The next three episodes will then launch weekly on August twenty fifth, September 1st and September eighth. There is a new trailer beneath and it appears to be like beautiful.
We Are OFK follows the 4 20-something members of digital band OFK as they “try to interrupt into the music enterprise, fall out and in of affection, and work out how you can pay hire and make artwork in Los Angeles.” They are a digital band however not merely a fictional one, and every episode might be paired with the discharge of a brand new single. The music within the trailer above known as “Idiot’s Gold”, and is the second track from what might be OFK’s EP.

I really like the look of We Are OFK, notably the best way pictures are framed. It has nice artwork path and cinematography. I’m much less satisfied by the story or writing, as a result of it is hitting an emotional register I discover unappealing on this, the desert of my late 30s. I hope it proves me mistaken, although.
