Finnish accounting outfit Talenom has introduced its acquisition of Nomo from Innocells, the company enterprise arm and digital innovation hub of Banco Sabadell.

Offering SMEs with accounting, account and fee visitors providers, Talenom’s buy of Nomo reinforces its entry into the Spanish micro-SME market.

As a “digital all-in-one” platform, Nomo will assist Talenom goal Spain’s underserved sector of 6 million micro-SMEs, providing them higher management over accounting, funds and tax. The Nomo platform contains options on the market invoicing, expense administration, financial institution connectivity and reconciliation, fee accounts and playing cards, accounting and tax advisory.

Nomo, an inhouse incubated startup of Banco Sabadell, obtained €2.5 million of funding from the financial institution in January 2021, and has since added new account and card choices. Earlier this 12 months Nomo said that it quadrupled its paying clients in 2021.
