Round 70% of all pay as you go journeys on buses are made utilizing contactless fee playing cards or cell units – with the preferred bus route for the strategy the route 149 from London Bridge to Edmonton with round 100,000 contactless faucets every week.

Seb Dance, deputy mayor for transport, says: “This technique has helped to proceed to make bus journeys simpler and extra handy for hundreds of thousands of Londoners and guests to our metropolis.”
