Diagrid, a Seattle startup that provides a completely managed Dapr on Kubernetes service, introduced a $24.2 million Collection A spherical led by Norwest Enterprise Companions, with participation from Amplify Companions and Quiet Capital.

The ten-person firm was based final 12 months by CEO Mark Fussell and CTO Yaron Schneider, former Microsoft engineers who open-sourced the Dapr venture in 2019. Dapr is a free runtime system to help cloud-native purposes and serverless computing.

Diagrid gives API providers to assist builders scale back the complexity and time required to construct enterprise purposes that run on public clouds.
