JPMorgan Chase has rolled out a platform, referred to as Capital Join, that helps startups hyperlink up with VC traders, in response to Reuters.
Already up and operating, the platform helps founders construct a community of traders, entry benchmarking knowledge, elevate capital, and even commerce shares on a secondary market.
JPMorgan has put collectively a crew of 125 individuals for the enterprise, led by Michael Elanjian, its head of digital funding banking and digital non-public markets.
Elanjian tells Reuters: “We consider we will differentiate ourselves within the enterprise market by constructing a scalable digital platform, paired with the experience, knowledge, and relationships of our funding and personal financial institution.”
