— Rajat Bahri, former CFO at identification administration supplier ID.me, joined Bellevue, Wash-based contract administration software program firm Icertis as CFO.

Bahri is a finance veteran, having labored in senior management roles at Kraft Meals, Trimble Navigation, Jasper Applied sciences, and Want, the place he helped take the corporate public in 2020.

Bahri replaces Curt Anderson, who held the CFO position for 4 years.
