The Alliance for Information Science Professionals (AfDSP) has licensed its first tranche of information scientists.
The Alliance, launched in 2021, contains six organisations: the Royal Statistical Society; BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT; the Operational Analysis Society; the Institute of Arithmetic and its Purposes; the Alan Turing Institute; and the Nationwide Bodily Laboratory (NPL).
The AfDSP’s member organisations have developed the requirements collectively.
