Caravel, a conversational intelligence platform, has been acquired by Commsor, a New York-based firm based in 2019 that helps corporations handle their on-line communities.

Portland, Ore.-based Caravel launched in 2018 to floor real-time insights from buyer communication utilizing AI. It was considered one of ten startups within the 2020 Techstars Seattle accelerator cohort.

The deal will assist Commsor produce on the spot reviews on neighborhood dialogue subjects, insights into predicted member exercise, and personalised engagement for members.

Caravel customers can proceed to make use of Caravel as an unbiased service.
