Burger King has simply emailed 1000’s or hundreds of thousands of shoppers with a clean order electronic mail receipt. The clean emails began showing at round 12:15AM ET, leaving Burger King prospects confused whether or not the corporate has been breached by a hungry hacker making an attempt a midnight feast, or if the emails are merely a large whopper of a mistake.

Twitter customers have been fast to show to the social community in a state of confusion over the clean emails, with some even receiving two Burger King emails in an obvious double whopper of a mistake. The order emails are completely clean, and have been despatched by Burger King’s major promotional advertising and marketing electronic mail tackle.

There’s no clear indication that Burger King has been breached, and we’ve reached out to the corporate to elucidate these random midnight burger emails. Lots of people who’ve acquired the emails don’t even bear in mind making a Burger King account, so it might merely be a system change that went mistaken and blasted out clean orders to Burger King’s total advertising and marketing database.

Both means, as soon as we hear again from the house of the whopper emails, we’ll replace you accordingly.
